Galletti di Galletti and C. since 1980 deals with genetic improvement for the French Elf-Sanofi group. Using genetic material from Italian Research Institutes, through a program of the FAO, obtains good results with these materials cultivating them in areas of Africa and Asia.

The production site of San Daniele Po (CR) is dedicated to the production of wine vinegar, flavored vinegars, apple vinegar and condiments. The Modena winery is dedicated to the production of balsamic vinegar of Modena.
